Qualified dietitians · Online across Pakistan
Consult a qualified dietitian online, from anywhere in Pakistan
Muhammad Zain Shahid and our team of dietitians assess your weight, health and routine, then make a diet chart for you, with the food your family already cooks.
Urdu or English · Call or video · No clinic visit needed
dietitian.pk is an online diet consultation service in Pakistan. A qualified dietitian assesses each patient and makes a personal diet chart based on Pakistani home food.
Who you will talk to
Consultations are led by Muhammad Zain Shahid, AHPC Registered Consultant Dietitian, in practice since 2019, working with a team of qualified dietitians.
Every consultation is with a qualified dietitian, not a sales agent. Your health comes first: medicines, reports and routine are discussed before any diet is planned.
What we will not do
- Promise a number of kilos in a fixed number of days
- Hand you a copy-paste chart without asking about your health
- Ask you to stop medicines your doctor prescribed

Common questions
How does an online diet consultation work?
You message us on WhatsApp or call. We ask a few questions about your weight, height, routine, food habits and any medical condition. Then you speak with a qualified dietitian by call or video, and you receive a personalised diet chart based on the food you eat at home.
How much does a consultation cost?
Fees depend on the type of consultation and follow-ups you need. We share them on WhatsApp or phone (0321-7892058) before you book, so you know the cost in advance.
Do I need medical reports before I start?
No. Recent reports such as blood sugar (HbA1c), thyroid or cholesterol tests help the dietitian, but you can start without them. Share reports only when your dietitian asks.
Dietitian or dietician: which spelling is correct?
Both are used. "Dietitian" is the standard spelling used by professional bodies and in most health guidance; "dietician" is a common variant. They mean the same profession: a trained person who plans diet for health and medical conditions.
Is a dietitian the same as a nutritionist?
In Pakistan both words are used. A dietitian is trained to plan diets for medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS or kidney disease, as well as for weight loss. Consultations here cover both everyday nutrition and medical diets.
Can I consult if I do not live in a big city?
Yes. The consultation is online, so you can join from any city or village in Pakistan with a phone and WhatsApp.
